The Evolve, the world’s first production monocoque carbon tandem, is the flagship of the Santana Reveal frame line. As opposed to the tube and lug construction used by others, a molded carbon frame provides infinite opportunities for optimizing comfort, stiffness and weight. That’s why it’s the preferred method for top-of-the-line single road bikes – but no bike company had committed to the engineering and tooling necessary for a monocoque tandem due to the smaller volume in what they consider a niche. Now in partnership with Criterion Composites, Santana has engineered and produced a state-of-the-art molded tandem frame right here in California! Besides offering stunning looks and incredibly lightweight, this engineering project has resulted in the most comfortable tandem we’ve ever built. Utilizing our Reveal frame design, the Evolve has lower top tubes, this means a lower stand-over height so each frame size can accommodate a wider range of rider heights. The Evolve gets a matching tapered, thru-axle carbon fork that sits flush to the frame with an internal headset and features Santana specific Gen4 10” rotor front disc brake to match our proven rear disc brake of identical size.

Also available with our Z-Couplers for easy travel with the SafeCase system. Starting at $19,995 ($24,495 w/Z-couplers), with the Evolve Professional level build kit which includes all current Shimano 9150 Dura Ace levers, front and rear derailleurs, D-Fly junction box for Bluetooth connectivity, Spinergy FCC 3.2 Full Carbon Clincher PBO bladed spoke wheels, & Carbon Railed Terry saddles on top of the standard Pro Build for a low weight of 27.5 Lbs. (medium size Frame).
