Why doesn’t everyone else use the same quality tubing Santana uses? Beyond the price difference ($300-500 per frame), lightweight tubing this thin—.016″ (.4mm) is considered by many builders to be unworkable. Because our workers have been employed by Santana for an average term of ten years (the longest in the industry), and have completed college classes to expand their welding and machining prowess, Team Santana consistently creates the seemingly impossible.

We are proud of the fact that every Santana frameset (whether built from CroMoly, aluminum, titanium or carbon) is beautifully handcrafted. Every Santana is the culmination of expert design, engineering, welding, painting and assembly.
