AIRLINER SAFECASE™

Designed and built exclusively for Santana, our Airliner SafeCase is a tough vault-like case with a protective inner lining, interlocking edges, full-length hinge, locking hasps and quick-release casters. Because each individual exterior dimension (27" x 33" x 14") falls within universal airline standards, the suitcase-shaped SafeCase glides through airport luggage systems without a fuss—and this is why owners of this case slip through airports without incurring a bicycle transport fee. SANTANA FTS™

An option to the SafeCase, Santana’s unique Foam Tray System adds seven precision layers of high-density foam to snugly encapsulate your travel tandem’s pieces (see photos left). FTS provides superior protection from damage due to impact, settling and vibration. The unique system is so simple that a young child understands how each piece of your bike fits within its own die-cut recess. The numbered layers remove guesswork to allow secure and efficient packing, even when your travel schedule leaves you rushed or tired.
